              Loan amounts between $50,000 and $99,999 require .50% origination fee.
              Above jumbo rate based on a $450,000 loan amount.
bullet Completed loan application must be received within 24 hours of lock in.
bullet Appraisal and credit report fees must be received within 72 hours to guarantee your rate lock.
