Note the premiums for loan amounts:
              Above conforming rate based on loan amounts greater than $200,000.
              Loan amounts between $100,000 and $200,000 require .25% origination fee.
              Loan amounts between $50,000 and $99,999 require .50% origination fee.
              Above jumbo rate based on a $450,000 loan amount.
Completed loan application must be received within 24 hours of lock in.
Appraisal and credit report fees must be received within 72 hours to guarantee your rate lock.
Rates quoted are subject to restrictions including but not limited to; credit, loan to value ratios, property type, occupancy status, geographical location, and income requirements.
